Payment Information
We want to keep payment as simple as possible so that you have no worries or questions. At Paws for Celebration we want the focus to be on making your day as special as possible, not how and when you'll pay.
Paying the deposit
You won't be asked for a deposit until you confirm a full booking. The deposit is 30% of the total amount payable.
You will be sent the relevant information via email to make the payment. If payment of the deposit is not made within two weeks of booking your date will be released.
Paying the remainder
The remaining balance will be due six weeks prior to your event date.
If you wish to pay earlier we are happy to accept. We just ask that you drop us an email first to make sure we know to expect the payment.
Meet and Greets
If you are paying for a standalone meet and greet you will be sent your invoice via email and payment for the meet and greet must be sent no later than one working day prior to the date agreed. If payment is not received the meet and greet will be cancelled.
If you pay for a meet and greet but then make a booking your meet and greet price will be deducted from your package amount.
If you have already booked a package and paid your deposit, the meet and greet price is included and no further payment is needed unless you book further meet and greets.
Mileage
Mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile and is applied to the meet & greets and the event. The mileage is invoiced with the rest of the services.
Mileage is included where the destination is within 20 miles of OL2 7AB.
