 Do I need to book a meet and greet before making a booking?

Not at all! If you feel confident about booking a date without meeting first, then go ahead! Just make sure to have a peek at our cancellation policy before you make that choice.

Is it a good idea to book a meet and greet before booking my date?

Well, if you think it might help, we totally support that! It’s so important that you feel comfortable with your chaperone and that you hit it off with them. Plus, it’s lovely to see how they interact with your pet and notice your furry friend’s reaction too! We definitely recommend a meet and greet if your pet has specific needs or any health or behavioural concerns, or if we need to follow certain regulations (like muzzling due to Breed Specific Legislation or Court Order). 

Would you ever say no? If so, why?

We're great at what we do but there may be situations where we have to say no. If we were to say no it would likely be due to safety concerns or because we feel that your pet wouldn't feel great attending. Our biggest concern is the welfare of all involved; you, us and your pet. If we feel that we can't deliver on your dream safely, we won't go ahead. 

Mileage – what’s included? 

Our pricing is based on being within a 20-mile radius of OL2 7AB, Oldham. If you’re a bit further afield, we’ll charge £0.45 per mile. This mileage charge will apply to both meet and greets as well as the big day itself, and we’ll let you know the total upfront so there are no surprises! 

What areas do you cover?

We cover Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire. However, don't shy away from getting in touch if you're outside that catchment. We're happy to have a look to see if we can make the trip. Additional travel charges may be incurred if the travel involves us having to stay somewhere overnight before or after the event.
