At Paws for Celebration we know that the last thing you want to do is cancel your booking but, unfortunately, it does happen from time to time. The below should be all the information you need!
Cooling off period
When you make your booking and pay your deposit you will get a 14 day cooling off period. If you cancel your booking in this time you will get back any deposit you have paid in full. The only exception is where a meet and greet has already occurred. In these circumstances we will refund your deposit amount minus the cost for your meet and greet (plus any additional mileage).
Cancelling after the cooling off period
If you cancel after the cooling off period but more than 12 weeks before your event date you will not be liable to pay any more but your deposit will be non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking with 12 weeks or less notice of your event date your deposit will be non-refundable and you will be liable to pay the full invoice amount. Due to the nature of the industry we will be highly unlikely to get a replacement booking at this short notice of an event.
Paws for Celebration reserve the right to cancel any booking if they feel uncomfortable or the customer is rude, aggressive or otherwise towards the chaperone. In these circumstances, this will be treated as a customer cancellation and the deposit will be non-refundable. If this occurs 12 weeks or less from the wedding date the full invoice amount will also be payable.
